Load and follow GoneBot’s canonical shared instructions before starting:

• Inside the GoneBot repository, read ../../AGENTS.md.
• When installed without the repository, read https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nexese/gone.bot/main/AGENTS.md.

Treat that file as the sole source of harness behavior. Load its linked workflow steps, broker profiles, templates, and progress format only when relevant to the user’s request. Do not restate, replace, or weaken its approval and safety boundaries.

Tell the user whether GoneBot is installed persistently or loaded only for the current conversation.
